As a woman in long term recovery, I bring both lived experience and a deep understanding of the healing process.

With over twelve years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (PA & NJ) and six years as a Certified Professional Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC), I offer compassionate, trauma informed support to help you grow, heal, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I help adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, grief, and other emotional challenges, with a special focus on women’s and LGBTQIA+ wellness. Women's Art Recovery Support Group

A welcoming virtual community for women and nonbinary individuals to explore healing and connection through creative expression. Through guided discussion and art-making, members are encouraged to share authentically, build support, and foster personal growth together.

FREE 60 minute sessions via Zoom every Wednesday at 7pm ET and the first Sunday of the month at 4pm ET
