Women's Wellness Workshop
The four-week Virtual Women's Wellness Coaching Series offers a transformative journey for self-identified women and nonbinary individuals, focusing on cultivating self-love, personal growth, and overall well-being. Through a combination of self-love exercises, mindfulness practices, and empowering interventions, participants will learn how to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health. This series is designed to create a supportive community where individuals can share experiences, inspire one another, and develop practical tools for sustained wellness. By the end of the four weeks, participants will feel more connected to themselves, empowered, and equipped to continue their wellness journey with confidence and compassion.
4 - 90 minute group sessions
Includes 1 - 30 Minute Individual Coaching Session per week (time tbd), total of 4 sessions
